The recommended wait is 7-14 days. I did it in 10 days with no problems. Good luck with the Parnate - for me, it does work better than Nardil with fewer side effects.

I did it in the SAME day..I took half of my Nardil dose in the morning (half dose = 30mg) and at dinner I took my first dose of Parnate 10mg.

No problems...but apparently my situation is uncommon, I have never had a bad reaction while on a MAOI
