DANG it, i'm so sick of this crap. i can never find what i want when i want... nevermind.
But my question: i really want to try high dose inositol supplementation, but i can't freaking find any supplements with myo-inositol (just inositol), and all the good research with inositol used myo-inositol i believe. So, do you think inositol would be just as beneficial as myo-inositol (in regard to absorption and efficacy and what not)? How much difference do you think there might be between the two?
And if myo-inositol IS preferable, do you have any idea where i can find it? No stores i've checked have it, and iherb.com and puritan'spride do not have it either.
ThAnk you so much if you can help. (i'm so tired of waiting around; wasting away).

Chemist geeks and doctors call inositol myo-inositol. It's the same stuff.
Let us know how it goes.

HI,
I tried soy lecithin which contains choline and inositol. I had sleep disturbances with it and was suprised, but have no clue which caused it. My brother, who is a health food nut and is in great shape with no mood disorder tried soy lecithin and had a bad night and threw it away. When he was in town we got to talking and we both didn't know the other had tried it. We are all react differently so I hope it works for you. Keep us posted please with updates. Take care
