Hello,
I started taking Lexapro for my depressin/anxiety in January at 10mg a day, and now I'm up to 20mg a day. In addition to the Lexapro, I take 2mg of Klonopin - one mg in the morning and one mg in the afternoon. Since increasing the Lexapro dosage, I've noticed that I'm really lethargic and sleepy throughout the day and don't have the energy to do much. My depression and anxiety has improved but I don't want to be so tired. I take the Lexapro in the morning, but I'm thinking about taking it at bedtime. I was wondering if others have had similiar side effects with Lexapro, and when they take their Lexapro - in the morning, afternoon, or at night?

I also take 20mg Lexapro. But I don't take Klonopin or any other psych med. I also take it in the morning and get some tiredness. It might be a good idea to try it at night.
I found that eating a Dove Bar (a dark chocolate candy bar) gives me lots of energy for about 6 hours.
