Been on Celexa, Buspar and Paxil and was switched to Effexor XR a week ago. I have decided to quit. I can't take the weird feelings anymore. I don't know what was worse-depression or the side effects of medication.

Hi
I've been on well over 10 different types of medications including celexa and paxil. None ever made any significant improovement to my situation. They all just made me feel more anxious and gave me lots of 'weird' feelings. I'm at a stage now where I'm tapering off all medication and going into intensive pschotherapy. Have you ever tried this?
