I have been diagnosed many years aga as Bi Polar. I have also suffered
from insomnia for a good portion of my life. About months ago I decided
to do something about it. My doctor prescribed Lorazepam to help me sleep
at night. I has worked great, but I am now starting to feel my Bi Polar
kick in again. I take Wellbutrin for the Bi Polar. Does anyone know if the
two drugs taken together can cause the Bi Polar to get out of control again?

The antidepressant Wellbutrin can cause mania. Lorazepam is a sleeping pill and not effective by itself for mania. You might need to take a mood stabalizer ie lithium / depakote etc.
