Taking Lithium throuought the day is killing
me, can I take it all at night (900mg)

It is in capsule form.

It's not going to overload my kidneys
or something.

No, absolutely not.

It may seems *conter-intuitive*. But it is easier on the kidneys to have one big charge of lithium a day than a little dose 2 or 3 times a day.

A competent psychiatrist knows that.
