Anything newer or a better alternative to GEODON?

I was on Geodon and it was probably the only thing that worked for me, but as I raised the dosage it became clear that I was having a serious side effect and it had to be discontinued. Are there any newer APs that are similar, or any other combo that could provide the same peaceful relief? I haven't found any, any suggestions?
