Has anyone treated the cognitive difficulties of SSRIs or any other med with Ginkgo Biloba? I figure it's worth a shot because it might also help with sexual dysfunction. Any thoughts?

A recent study reported that Ginkgo did not improve memory. When I switched from Celexa to Lexapro, my mental clarity improved and I also now feel less tired. I took Ginkgo last year for a few months. I'm not sure if it helped my memory or not. It did help with the sexual dysfunction to a certain degree.
I now take Yohimbine (10 mg about an hour before sex). It helps a lot. But it has side effects. It can elevate blood pressure. And I suspect that it has that effect on me. Also, if you take it in the evening it can cause insomnia.

I felt it did help both memory and sexual disfunction. It seemed, however, to speed
the metabolizm of Celexa. I started getting
real lows for a few hours before dosing.
It may not be the case if you're on prozac.Linkadge
