my doc mentioned going from celxa to zoloft and i need to know 2 things, if i am taking now 40 mg of celxa how much zoloft is right to take and also, can i start right away or do i have to stop ccelexa first and start zoloft on a small dosage?

There should be no problem in taking one,
this day and the other tomorrow. They
do not interact with eachother.As far as dose goes, 40mg celexa is twice
the initial/standard dose of Celexa,
you will probably not want to go immediatly
to the equivilant in Zoloft. It will probably
have a few different side effects. Perhaps
start with 50 mg ?Consult a doctor or pharmacist.
