Hi,
I am so sick of the SSRI ADs I've been on; nothing lifts my depression. (Wellbutrin, which I am still on, seems to help a bit)
I am bi-polar and have heard that it is not wise for bps to go on SAM - e. However, I am also on the mood stabilizer Depakote (as well as Wellbutrin AND Serzone). I'm also a BP more prone to depression than hypomania.
Ron, I know you were on SAM - e for a few months (I looked in the archives). Are you still on it? How are you doing? Anyone with long term use out there? And if so, in your opinion, should I stay on my other ADs as well?
Thank you,
Sarah
