Hi, I wish to enquire about the therapeutic amounts of nutrients necessary to help cope with OCD.
eg. calcium, magnesium, vitamin B complexes, vitamin Cs, omega 3s etc etc.
Any one who is helped by nutrients or have expert opinions pls post here. Thanks!

Robert Atkins, M.D. and Michael Murray, N.D., have nutritional books out that have specific protocols for anxiety.
Also, check www.lef.org for their protocol.

I believe in the magnesium and Omega-3. The rest, I don't know.
