script...can someone tell me what I can expect from this drug so I don't expect to much or too little from it? I was taking ritalin and had little to nothing from it except after about 2 to 3 hours a SEVERE crash effect. My son goes in for surgery on Nov. 5 and I am really trying to get my meds straightened out and not end up in the hosp. myself before then. Dr. just increased seroquel to 200 mgs. am taking prozac weekly 180 mgs w/90 mg booster mid week, and Topamax 300 mgs daily. Thank you for any insight on the adderall (sp??)

Adderall lasts longer. Did you get the time released or IR? Both are good but I've settled w/ the XR.
I liked Rit. but started reading a lot of positive posts about Adderall and decided to give it a go. Glad I did.
One thing, I could go to sleep at night right after taking Rit. When I took Adderall late the first time, I was up til 2am.
Adderall tends to make me perspire more-that's all I got.
