An interesting source of information

Posted by glenn on October 7, 2002, at 6:05:18

It may well be that you have all tried this but last week instead of searching on the normal google system I clicked on groups instead and my search for cortisol information came up with a lot of references and information I had not seen before.
In particular I came across some interesting ideas about why ads may not work if you have high cortisol.
I emailed the author of one of these whose idea was that cortisol blocks serotonin , particularly in the amygdla, sadly he has not responded but there is still a mass of discussion and ideas that I had not been aware existed.
Hope this is of some benefit to someone
Glenn

Hi Glenn. Can you tell us what groups you clicked into to get the new information? I'd love to know.
