Anyone have any thing, behavior changes, or whatever that works for them to increase stamina and energy level while on Klonopin ? I've adjusted dosing schedule and that's helped some. Still have problem with fatigue and keeping up energy level. Caffeine is out of the question. Any ideas on better energy without increased anxiety ???

How long have you been taking klonopin? The sedative effects of benzos usually disappear in a number of weeks. Also certain ADs (prozac, wellbutrin, MAOIs and probably others) are activating and could help with your energy levels if they don't improve over time.

I was on it (Klonopin) for 3 1/2 months and weaned down and was off for 2 weeks... not good after 1 1/2 weeks off. Resumed as of 1 1/2 weeks ago. I do remember the fatigue improving but still didn't feel particularly energetic before. Changing dosing schedule has helped. I was a big caffeine user.. Can't touch it now...I guess I'm not going to have that energy as before. Still "give out" really easily. I have tried Zoloft and Paxil, briefly, in the past, and did not tolerate them well at all. Almost paradoxical with panic being worse than prior to taking them. Klonopin great for anxiety... just wish I felt better while on it. Thanks for posting. Let me know of any other ideas !!!
