I've been on Paxil CR for 2.5 months and about 3 or 4 weeks of that at 50 mg. I take it for multiple anxiety disorders(GAD, SP, OCD, light depression). Last week and over the weekend I had periods where I felt I was improving, but then I would seem to slip back into my anxious mood. Is this a sign that the paxil is starting to work and I should be patient and give it some time, or is that I'm partially responding and should add something on to it.

Usually a partial response is a pretty good sign that you should increase the dosage. If it has been sporadic in the way of working, then not working, then working again (alternating), it may just be a bumpy ride on the way to success. If it seemed to kick in but then sort of slipped back slightly, (in my experience), that means you should go up on dosage.
Good luck!
