I have several questions if any body can help.
1. I have been on 15mg of Remeron for 5 months. I still feel anxious, but am very tired all day (but I sleep well!).Anybody have similar experiences to share?
2. I have a numbness / tingling periodically on my ear/face. Anybody have similar experiences to share?
3. I occassionally take Nitrazepam to get through particularly dificult patches. It make me feel nice and relaxed the next day. Anybody have similar experiences to share?
4. Anybody any withdrawal from remeron experiences to share?

Try a higher dose to see if that alleviates the fatigue. I am on 30 mg and have no problem with fatigue. However, Remeron did nothing to stop my anxiety, I take Clonazepam for that.

Can't say I've experienced any tingling, perhaps it's the anxiety causing that. When my anxiety is high my skin tingles.> 3. I occassionally take Nitrazepam to get through particularly dificult patches. It make me feel nice and relaxed the next day. Anybody have similar experiences to share?
>Don't know what Nitrazepam is, but if it's a benzo and is used for anxiety, you may want to use it daily along with the Remeron.

Sorry, can't help with this part. It's a drug I hope to stay on for a very long time. Best anti-depressant I have tried and I've been on many through the years.

I was on Amitryptoline (sp) for two years prior and gained 40 lbs. Before that, it was Sinequan, Anafranil, Prozac, Paxil and Effexor, all caused significant weight gain. As for sexual side affects, it's hasn't affected mine at all, infact, it's nice to finally have a sex drive back again after not having one for many years due to the other antidepressants. Hope this helps.
