What dose are taking?
I feel very calm when I'm taking it, but when it wears off, I feel somewhat irritated and my anxiety increases..

Hey there,
I'm assuming by your feeling "a major difference" you mean positive? I can not take Adderall without an SSRI or I feel very agitated, even though I'm productive. Are you taking anything else with Adderall? I also take klonopin prn (pretty much .5 mgs. daily) and that really seems to help with the uptightness feeling.
As far as the dry mouth goes, I think I experienced that in the beginning, but I just looked at it as an excuse to drink more water. I've always been very conscientious about drinking at least a gallon of H2O a day, now I drink even more.
I take 30 mgs. of the regular Adderall. How many mgs. are you taking?
