Miriamne,
I did get a rash on lamictal and stayed on it--I've heard this scenario with other people on the board. The thing is, be vigilant and TELL YOUR DOCTOR if you see anything. My doctor said there's a rare fatal rash (he said it appears on foot soles and palms) and a benign rash that means slow down on the dosing. My rash was benign--a light unraised rash on shoulders and hands. It went away.
