I'm on panic attack medication right now. Havin 15omg of Zoloft and 1mg of Xanax. I'm 21 y/o.
For a long time I've been wanting to get out of my house and live alone, but I haven't because of my panic attacks. I've been fealling really good for almost 3 months, and I'm looking for an apartment, I don't know it this is the best moment to live by myself or if I should stay for a little longer. I really hate been at my house now, but i don't know if this good fealling is going to stay or not. What do you recommend me?

Well, if you feel like doing it, I think you should try. However, given your potential panick attacks, find a person or network of people who can check up on you from time to time. Every night even, if you'd feel better. Have important health-related and family or friends' phone numbers on speed dial in case you have an attack. Think of what you can do to help yourself feel safe and comfortable while trying to prevent difficult situations. Even if you live alone does not mean you are alone - you can get support and help from people close to you who know about your condition. Have you talked to your doc, pdoc or therapist about this? I think it would be a good idea to discuss it with them - after all, they know more about you than me!
I wish you the best with your project!- sid
