Ehhh... I've been on Paxil for a week and a half now, and recently discovered that I'm having difficulty orgasming. Is this from the Paxil or because I'm too darned tired? :P Any ideas/tips/advice?

Maybe both but Paxil will cause this. The effect may lessen as you are on it for a while but I wouldn't count on it. See if it works for your depression; if it does, try to work with your doc on lessening the SE. Maybe adding Wellbutrin or a stim.
If you key in Paxil and orgasms in the search box at the top of the page. Probably get 2000 hits. Key in orgasm, God only knows.

Hi, after 2 weeks
Paxil made me totally sexual ineffective.
If you couldn't resign to sexual activity, try another AD.
