That's kind of a big area? What kind of behavior therapy and for what behavior.
In general, therapy can help a person learn to identify the behavior/thought that preceeds the unwanted behavior. Then, they may be able to divert the unwanted behavior.
In addition, if the unwanted behavior occurs, therapy may help a person cope/get out of the unwanted behavior.

Its to get rid of my anger and suicidal thoughts. I dont even know how it really works.
