if so what is the best way to take the med?
if so ill take sonata with it.
im sorry for being so Nardily, im just looking forward to it and im a little afraid of it.
please tell me more about it.

I had trouble sleeping on Nardil, but it was more like I just didn't need much sleep. I didn't sleep any better than I did when I was depressed -- if anything, I slept worse -- but I didn't feel all wiped out and tired during the day. Some people even feel drowsy from Nardil (so be a bit careful when you first start).
