I'm on 40 mg of Celexa. Each time my dose is increased, I have a strong effect for three or four days. This was especially true for my last increase.
When do you increase the dose, and when do you add a stimulant?

Adding a stimulant is really for those who have vegetative states on an antidepressant, despite having a moderate clinical response to one of them. There is more evidence for lithium or buspirone augmentation of antidepressants (http://www.med.nyu.edu/Psych/aug).
