Can someone tell me how long you should be feeling spacey, depersonalization, derealization on a specific drug. I have been started on zoloft from effexor and the first week went well, but then depression and spacey feelings came. now on day 3 of feeling like this. How long should i wait until i switch?

I think it's intriguing that the side effects you are having trouble with didn't show up until a week after your switch from Effexor to Zoloft. How did you make the switch? Did you taper from the Effexor or did you just quit taking it? the symptoms may be more do to the switch itself and not as much due to the Zoloft.

> genoI was taking effexor xr, so i guess it stayed in my system longer. By depersonalization i mean feeling like im not real and like im trapped inside my head.
