Hey what would be the best med for a country hick. someone that is easily persuaed, gullable, anxious around people, lack of personal boundaries, I'm bacically looking for a med that won't put me in a mentally abusive situation like paxil did, it made me bold and outgoing and I couldn't say no to anyone.

This seems like just the situation that calls for good old-fashioned therapy, perhaps cognitive behavior therapy or dialectical behavior therapy. Psychiatric medications only change our behavior in indirect and not very well targeted ways. Helping us to change our ways of thinking and acting is what therapy is all about.
Just my humble opionion.
