I'm taking Topomax, lith, Celexa and Neurontin. I am titrating up on the Topomax and down on the NEurontin. I am exhausted right now from the Topomax. Anyone else have this problem ? Will the fatigue diminish?

Briana,
I'm just about at the end of my first month of Topamax and would say that I'm not experiencing fatigue so much as some occasional sleepiness and some dulling of my thoughts. I'm currently at 100mgs am and pm, that's as high as we (my psych and I) plan on going. He assures me that the tiredness and lazy thoughts will pass in time but I will watch it closely. It has helped immensely with stabilizing my mood. I also take Zyprexa. Some people here advised me to dose up very slowly on the Topamax which I found to be very good advice.

How about some cocaine or speed? Maybe caffeine pills and ephedrine would do the trick.
(Note the sarcasm.) I'm just teasing.
The Wellbutrin is not waking me... I hope you find a safe and legal alternative for your drowsiness. If you do let me know.
