Tryptophan and low glycemic carbs

Posted by Maisy on September 5, 2001, at 8:43:46

I have been eating low glycemic carbs for breakfast and lunch to help boost my serotonin levels. Now I am wondering if there is any corrolation between low glycemic index foods and tryptophan. What sort of carbs have high levels of tryptophan? Does anyone know of a reference chart?
