I have been on prozac for a long time, but it "poops out" sometimes. Currently, I am augmenting with folic acid and zyprexa. I take 60mg of prozac and now up to 15mg of zyprexa at night. These are dr. prescribed but after reading a lot of the posts, I wonder if I am on too high a dose. I am still with so much anxiety. My major diagnosis is depression

The highest dose of Zyprexa you can take is 20 mg--beyond that it becomes a typical antipsychotic with the chance of Tardive Dyskinesia.
Your dose of Prozac doesn't strike me as too high. How long have you been taking the Zyprexa?

You should have felt something by now...if that doesn't work within the next week, switch to Geodon.

Thanks, I did try Geodon and it made me feel lightheaded and really out of it. I appreciate the info.
