I am 21 years old, I have been on zoloft for 2.5 years (100 mg for 1.5 years), and I recently realized that a lot of weird physical side effects that I have been having over the past 1.5 years might be due to the zoloft (night sweats, gradual but significant weight gain of 20-35 pounds with no significant change in diet/exercise). My question is: has anyone out there who experienced significant weight gain with zoloft found that reducing/stopping the drug results in loss of that extra weight?
Any stories would be appreciated.
