This is my third and final posting on Reboxetine. I tried this drug for two weeks. It seemed to be somewhat energizing. Also it did have mild mood elevating effects. It caused constipation and slowed urination. MUCH more importantly it produced an uncomfortable feeling in my testicles. Sort of an aching "backed-up" sensation. I was taking merely a fourth of a tablet aproximately 1mg. When ever I tried even a little more these side effects increased and became unacceptable. That is my limited personal experience with this drug. I hope that for someone else it is wonderful.

You could have added a dose of Urecholine (Bethanechol) to it and all those symptoms would go away. Ask your doctor about it.

Nobody likes reboxetine. I have tried it myself and it sucked, I have never read a positive post about reboxetine either, reboxetine sucks. They should stop manufacturing it because its worthless.

Now wait just a gosh darn second here. I like the way it drew all the blood supply away from my genitalia, i think it made me smarter. And the tight urination, c'mon, you get better range!
(Sorry, i just felt like being crass there for a second, hehe)

Hi HenryO,
Thanks for posting your info on the trail of Roboxetine. Have you used Wellbutrin SR before ? Can you compare the two drugs? Did the Roboxetine effect your weight?
Thank You in advance for the infoLynne

Lynne, Wellbutrin did not effect my weight. But it did ruin my sleep. I learned what night terrors are. I have not had a good reaction to any form of wellbutrin. I was not on Reboxetine long enough for it to effect my weight, but constipation is no fun. I know several people that like Wellbutrin. All in all for me Reboxetine had as many or more side effects than Wellbutrin. I'm not sure any of these drugs can be compared to one another though, because everyone reacts so differently to psychoactive medications.
This is the end of the thread.
