I read that lamicatal binds to Melanin and accumulates in the eye. What can happen, what has happened. Should patients be cautious??

The Physicians Desk Reference says this is so.I am on 250mgs of lamictal along with some tegretol and just had my eyes checked.Everything is normal, but I do notice photosensitivity.Glares from headlights at night, seem like everyone has their brights on.I try not to look straight at oncoming lights *and*definitely wear sunglasses in the sun for daytime glare. I am somewhat concerned but will watch and have have frequent eye exams.
This is the end of the thread.
