Hi J.L.,To the best of my knowledge, amineptine (Survector) is no longer being manufactured or marketed anywhere in the world. Have you discovered differently?
As far as being illegal is concerned, I have not come across anything that refers to this here or overseas. However, its use is proscribed be many athletic organizations around the world in the same way as are anabolic steroids. It is very amphetamine-like and can enhance athletic performance.
