I am new to effexorRX, on my 11th day and I have some nasty side effects. I started on 37.5 for a week and then upped it to 75mg. I have a general numbing on my skin and a burning sensation on my back, irregular heartbeat, irratibility,and insomnia. These are the ones that bother me the most. My doc is encouraging me to go at least two weeks. Will these side effects go away? Or am I nuts to stay on it? Has anyone had these difficulties?
