Wellbutrin w/ Zoloft - Side effects?

I've been on Zoloft for 4 and a half months and started taking Wellbutrin about a month ago. My shrink added the Wellbutrin because the Zoloft was making me feel spacey and confused during the day. (I also cut my Zoloft dose back to 75.) The Wellbutrin did seem to relieve my symptoms.

Last week, however, the time that I took my meds got off schedule and I'm now feeling very antsy and tired during the day. I'm also experiencing mood swings. (Basically the same symptoms that caused me to go on Wellbutrin.) Has anyone else experienced this? What have your experiences been taking both Zoloft and Wellbutrin?
