I have been taking effexor for over a year now,and at first it was mildly sedating, but nothing compared to Serzone. I have been taking it in conjunction with Clonazepam and it has been a highly effective combination for me.I think that it is a drug that has very minimal side effects and has, after atleast 3wks,of treatment I noticed a substantial difference in my mood. I have had very promising results with Effexor and I intend to keep taking it.I have had my fair share of let downs from other SSRI's and I have been on just about every common anti-depressant known to general pharmacology and this has been a savior for me.I understand everone has differences in their particular makeup, though I have really found it to be effective for me in a twice a day dose of 150mg. If you have any questions I will do my best to answer them through my own experience.
