I've been going to a hospital outpatient program daily.
It is mostly 2 sessions of group daily with 1 private
session and 1 doc consult weekly. My insurance benefits for mental health are running out
and I'm forced to make a decision. Do I continue
therapy now until my benefits are gone? Do I quit now
and 'save' some benefits in case of a crisis later in
the year?Once I get back to work I'll be able to afford to pay
for a weekly session.

James here....Are the sessions helping ? You might try a free med program like www.needymeds.com to get meds for free to save $ for talk sessions.
