Hi all, it seems my name and password from over 10 years ago are still valid !
Now that I am much better I thought I would come back and hopefully add something positive.

Diagnosis ?
Some form of depression with anxiety.

Meds : 40mg Celexa/Citalopram, 80 mg propranolol, and Xanax using the burst model only.
That would be 0.375-0.5 mg a day for 3-4 days.

I am a firm supporter of benzos, having tried many ads, antipsychotics and so on and on.

I have also tried many many alternatives, sadly none of them did any good.

But if they work for you - great !!

I am a qualified therapist, Fredian, Kleinian Jungian, Buddhist and so on, sadly they did nothing either it seems, well not for me.

I live in England.
