One more question for everyone. Since Xanax and Atarax cause
the heart pain, which antianxiety medication don't have cardiac effects?

Xanax never caused me heart pain. It just turned me into a zombie. Klonopin (clonazepam) is a lot more effective for me, and causes no side effects. Of course, I don't know what disorder you suffer -- you may have mentioned it before, but I don't read all the posts.
