hoping that will increase the efects of Nardil
but nothing happen to me.

I took L-Tryptophan for years, while it was still available in natural food stores, to help me sleep at night. One or two grams worked beautifully most of the time. I still take it occasionally now, in conjunction with my antidepressant medication (Zoloft, Celexa), and haven't had any trouble with that. My psychiatrist gave me a prescription for it from a compounding pharmacy. I tried the 5-Hydroxy-Tryptophan (5-HTP), but it wasn't the same.
