Just started with Celexa. Only 1 week. Having some
funny feelings in my mind. Is this normal? will it go away? Stiff neck and dull feeling in my head. Need to stay on some AD to save marriage. Please any input will Help.

Hi, I have been on celexa for 3 months. My initial side effects were extreme fatigue and "absent mindedness". This did clear in about 3 weeks. However, if your "funny feeling" is more like your mind racing and almost manic thoughts, I would contact my doctor. This may be an allergic reaction. When I was on prozac I had periods of manic episodes that would come and go to the point I almost thought I was imagining them. I also started Lactating!! I can actually laugh about it now. These side effects were reported to the FDA.
Maybe give this a little more time and pinpoint the exact feelings. As far as the neck ache, I have started having a stiff neck on celexa. I am extremely disappointed because this is the entire reason I had to come off zoloft. Also let your doctor know about this. Good luck and let me know how you are doing.
