Automatic email notifications

Hi,

I've added a new feature which you might find useful. You can now receive automatic email notifications when others follow up on threads that you've posted to. This means you might not have to check the site so often. OTOH, when you do check yourself, you see what else is going on here in the meantime.

To select this option, just check the notification box under your email address when you submit your post.

This feature is completely optional. Two warnings: once selected, there's no easy way to unselect it; and if you post to the same thread more than once with it selected, then you'll receive duplicate notifications of every subsequent follow-up to that thread.
